Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I am fluent in English, and I know a small amount of Spanish.



What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - My journey with Brawl began when CTF was migrated to the server from McPvP. I have played on Brawl since 2016, mostly playing CTF. I have some playtime on Build and Party as well. About 6 months ago, I joined my first CTF team, where I competed in a few official matches. It was extremely rewarding to make friends with people who had the same interests as me, and I found myself becoming even more interested in the community.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I have never moderated on a server before. But I have experience with many irl leadership positions, such as: Co-Manager at my family owned restaurant, one of the captains of my school’s soccer team, and I even have experience coaching as well. I have also witnessed other Moderators at work and have learned quite a bit from them.

Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - Firstly, I love the community and gamemodes that Brawl has to offer. Secondly, I spend a lot of time on Brawl, and I want to see the server develop into the best possible version of itself, and also be a part of that growth. I think I have a creative mind, and if I was able to better work with the staff team I could definitely bring a lot of good ideas to the table.



I also heavily dislike rulebreakers, and would be more than happy to assist with their punishments. I have quite a unique sleep schedule, and I am usually awake very late at night/early in the morning, so I could cover more ground when needed.



Have you ever used a hacked client before? - No.

Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - Technically no, but I have been auto banned for “flying” whilst playing as soldier during a match.



What do you consider your greatest strength? - Working as a server/Co-Manager at my family owned restaurant has rewarded me with excessive customer service experience, and I consider one of my greatest talents to be my ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and maturely. I think this type of talent is necessary for being a Moderator. Moderators have a lot to deal with, including a lot of toxicity from the player base. I have a lot of experience with unhappy/toxic customers, so dealing with these issues would come very natural for me.



My work has also granted me the ability to hold conversations and interact with my local community, which would also transfer over to Brawl. I think right now it’s important for the player base and staff to have as many interactions as possible, and by promoting a healthy relationship with said player base, I think I would be a great addition to the staff team.



What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness is definitely how often I procrastinate. I find that in school, I usually will wait until the very last moment to complete an assignment, or I will stay up to an ungodly hour to submit my work before the deadline. This has been something I have tried to work on, and usually it’s a hit or miss. If I thoroughly enjoy a subject, I will almost never procrastinate doing the work. However, for work that I find unenjoyable I tend to stagger.

Anything else you would like to state? - Here are some contributions/ideas I have made to the community thus far:

• Actively participated in discussions, from the #suggested channel on discord.
  
  
• Suggested flag carrier’s flag poison does increasingly more damage as time goes on to prevent long stalemates.
  
  
• Discussed a mage rework, and came up with some ideas for new spells, such as a zap spell.
  
  
• Suggested to add better descriptions to the signs in the /class menu to make it easier for newer players to understand what each class does without having to overcomplicate it by having them visit the forums/wiki.
  
  
• Suggested to create nicknames for classes so that players in comp can easily switch classes when needed.
  
  
• Hosted a few ppms, & currently trying to become a PPM host.
  
  
• Currently have submitted 2 CTF maps, and I’m working on more.
