Brawl Junior Moderator Application​

What is your in-game name? - revay616
Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - Yes, my account is secured and migrated to Microsoft.

How old are you? - 16 (I will be 17 in June)
What time zone are you in? - UTC+1 (CET, in Winter) / UTC +2 (CEST, in Summer)
Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I can speak fluent Polish. My next language that I know and understand is English. I can also speak German (but not very well).

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - I've known about Minecraft Party (Brawl) server for a long time, because when I was younger I liked watching YouTube videos of Party. At that time a lot of youtubers in my country were recording Party videos, so I decided to join the server, but after a while Party got boring for me, so I didn't play it for a while. In 2019 I decided to come back to Party, but again after some time I didn't see the point of playing, so I had another break from playing until the last months of 2020 when I started playing more and more because of the big update that Party received at that time. I'm still playing Party Deluxe to this day, I've managed to reach quite a high rank (at least I think so). I understand how all the minigames in Party Deluxe work and how to earn ranks, stars or coins so in my opinion, I have a lot of experience and knowledge about the Party Deluxe.
What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - In the past, I've owned and moderated a few small Minecraft Pocket Edition servers, so I think I have some experience moderating servers, but I've never been on MC Java server staff (as far as commands go, I have no problem with them).
Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? -
I would like to become a Brawl moderator from several aspects:
- I am very often active on the server,
- In my opinion, the party needs more staff, because this mode has the most players (
party need more staff from europe (imo),
- While playing at the Party I often encounter inappropriate behavior, from June 2021 to today I managed to create 164 reports for bad behavior (at that time I was a Top Reporter five times), if I was a moderator, I could react properly to bad behavior away, instead of send reports and wait for someone on staff to resolve the issue (sometimes it takes a long time).

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - No, I have never used
Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - Yes, I have received several warnings, but since the last warning, I have tried to avoid this type of behavior.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I think my greatest strength is that I try to be a nice and friendly person to everyone, another thing is that I speak fluent Polish. Why? During my playtime on the server I noticed that a lot of people of Polish nationality play there. Sometimes they behave inappropriately, use inappropriate language etc., thanks to the fact that I understand Polish I can react to such behavior. Last and probably also important thing is that I'm very helpful and when someone asks a question in the chat I always try to give them an answer or help with their problem.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I think my weak point is that I still go to school and have to study during the week I can be less active on the server, but on weekends, holidays, etc. I try to spend as much time (during holidays, break etc) as possible to the game, but sometimes it is impossible for diffrent reasons.
Which Brawl server(s) are you most active on? - Party, next place of my activity is raid, sometimes im active on build
