I went through support 2 times already and they refuse to help

they give me 5 questions related to account to answer, got 4 right as far as I know, and they keep telling me to use the email linked to my account which I explained to them so many different times that that email is lost to time.

 

Dude, minecraft support is a ****ing joke. Account migration is aids and it just... doesn't work most of the time.

I can tell given the experience my brother, sister and I have had with migrating our minecraft accounts and what not. It's actual garbage.

account was made in 2010 so used parents old email which i'm not sure if we even know the name of it at this point but for sure don't know password, we could in theory go through bank statements (if it goes back that far) to get proof I bought the account but at that point idk if it's worth it
