      I'm gonna be dead honest here. You explained your history in a very mature way. The video helped a lot, props for the idea.

      My main issue isn't your application (FORMATTING! TRIGGERED!¡!¡) or your amount of forums posts (for the most part.) forums posts aren't a major deciding factor. Though since you have 0, I worry you aren't immersed within the community sufficiently to perform the role of Junior Moderator.
