You want what's best for them. Caring is not hating. You'd like to see the person they could be. If you hated them, you would want bad thing to happen to them. You wouldn't care if they were wasting their life away doing drugs and stuff.

Well, yeah it's hard to accept, but it shouldn't be about what we can accept. It should be about what the evidence shows. If you want to say "maybe there's some reason for our existence" then I can find no fault in that. What I do find fault in is your unfailing belief in God and creationism against all evidence.
