    Totally not nine months late, must have missed your comment! I'm part of the CTF mods that organize team matches, have reffed matches, made the base of the engineer rework and brought up WiKis old Necro rework and participated in the discussions about changes/fixes to the other classes.

    I also put together spreadsheets for the map waves. Most of this stuff happens together as a team, though, and wouldn't be possible without the others. No idea on the amount of bans, surely over a thousand. I try to minimize false bans, if I had to guess they happen maybe once per month/every few months.
