      I found out the question about Science.
      The atomic mass differs b/c they can have different amounts of neutrons, cuz they don't affect charge.

      And the electron atomic number's answer is because apparently there are charged atoms, so you may have less electrons. But, being the bunny he is, decided to tell us that atoms are always neutral.
