If there are trolls in the channels you can record them, mute their sound, and report them. Also, it is nice to get to know the community so that they can build a comfort zone with you. These are just my opinions, but they are from an experienced standpoint.

So you're telling me that because of my dyslexia I can't become a moderator? It's not my fault that I was born this way or that I have to go to two different schools to help with it. Really if you want to talk about grammar talk to halo, he can't spell for ****. I've been waiting two years to become a moderator and when I finally think I have a chance you try kicking me down. Could you please just back off?

yes I realize that I only have 70 messages but in the new Moderator application it doesn't say that I need to have 200 messages nor does it ask how active i'm on the forums but thank you for the feed back, I do appreciate it.
