      In my opinion, I think you are trying to hard. I was Wiki Team (original member) and I applied for staff. That's when I re-considered. It would be too much to handle.

      I think everything is in order except your age. I am also 12, so I know why to speak like you do. It may sound "try-hardish" But I do the same thing so people don't doubt my maturity. When you turn 13 I would say an easy +1 vote. As of now I will go with a +0.5, just because of your age. Good luck! ;)
