      That’s not though something I will take notice of to rate your validity for staff.
      First of all, it is very clear that you are new to the forums, if not to the server. I would like to see a staff member who interacts and replies to issues, ideas, players of the gamemode he wants to apply to. This is not something I have seen from you.

        With further activity on forums and game, and TeamSpeak 3 as well I think you will make a solid applicant. Work on posting ideas, threads and helpful posts on your gamemode but forums on the whole too.
