Accepted RLH's AdvBuilder Application

McBrawl Creative Ranks Application:

What rank are you applying for? - I am going to apply for the AdvBuilder rank.
Do you understand what this rank provides? - Yes, I fully understand what the rank AdvBuilder provides.
Are you part of any Building Teams in our community? - I am currently in Team Z, and I build actively on this server.

What is your experience with building in Minecraft? - I have a lot of experience of building in minecraft. In my opinion I am skilled at landscaping. I have build many things, and many I have proof of. Usually if my friends need a spawn or building, I'm right there for them with an idea in hand and ready to build. I will post the screenshots down below the last question.
Why do you need the rank? - The reason why I want the rank Advanced Builder is because sometimes there are items that I can't access and there aren't any other people to give it to. The other reason is that with a big plot I will be able to make more builds without any boundaries to worry about (its like 400x400 blocks) and there wouldn't be any disruption of any of people/buildings. This is also the ground turf to my dreams of becoming a WE PRO (I build in Team Z's land, and sometimes I need that WE to help me.)
