Hey guys I've notice people tend to be mean when criticizing mod apps, so please thumbnail this in the staff applications @chickenputty. Thank you for your time.
    The Friendly Method:
This method is if you don't want to person to cry and leave mc brawl. The first approach is to say something friendly like thanks for trying or thanks for spending(at least some) time on this application. Then go on to listing your reasons. I like to say "Critical Errors" instead of BAD because that's offensive and that is basically saying this application SUCKED. Try to make them friendly and say things like "that wasn't the best you could do, maybe try again soon" or something in that area. Then leave them with a nice message so they don't leave mc brawl.
    The Feedback Method
This method is if you feel like the person making the application has another chance at getting mod and you want to guide them along the way. Say something like "apply again when you have 300 posts" or "this would be good and it has potential". Don't say things like SNN because that doesn't mean anything and many new members do not understand what this means.
    The Comforting Method
This method is for when the person is getting some hate and isn't feeling good and is saying things like "why do you all hate me?". Give them some humor and make them lighten up. Say that they did a good job and "you should keep on going". Say comforting words and make them feel not as bad for making a mod app.
    The Combo Method
This method is for when you feel like all 3 is required. I will give an example, I recommend you try this.
This was a good app and you have the strengths to become a moderator one day. I suggest you should work on some things to make it better like the following:
    Critical Errors:
Grammar, please work on this and use Microsoft word or a grammar program to help.
Length, please make it longer and put some effort into it, you can do it if you try!

Don't listen to everyone else, work on those things and you will be sure to get it!
Hoped you liked this! Use it!
