    I'm sorry but this wouldn't be added. Almost every new member was scared off by the community because we harshly criticize their applications. Also, Putty made the new development today so it shouldn't be undone so soon. I can assure you that my thread about the applications which led to Putty's actions will help "save" the new members from leaving the forums as early as they joined.

    No I do not think they should because most people PM there friends on skype to come and help boost their apps giving a false vote of what actually needs to be said.

    I am sorry Dar. The topic of the staff apps is hard, and there is no simple fix to it. All of the solutions have there disadvantages. I think Putty made the correct choice in making staff only allowed to post. Out of all the solutions to this problem, the one Putty chose comes with the least disadvantages.
