    There are many new players on PVP Survival who ask evrything all the time. It's very hard to answer all of that stuff for mods and players, so it would be helpfull if there is something like this at spawn:

    You could also make chat announcements with the links to the rules on forums and the general information guide from putty. That would propably help a lot.

    It's so strange there's not even any broadcast. I though it would have been implemented a long time ago but apparently not

    Perhaps, as oppose to an information board, cluttering up spawn, it could be a command, which when used, gives the user similar information.
    Something like /info and then they will get information about the server in chat.
