WarZ is dying?

Lol. It's not dying. Timezones, school, life... these are some things that get in the way of players.. they have priorities.

 

If anything, I think that WarZ's player count has increased, since the addition of the HUB server.
Before I initially resigned from WarZ & MinecraftParty moderator, WarZ had an average player count of around 20 players.
Now, WarZ at peak times has around 30 - 40 players on the servers, and I even see a full server 1 / server 2 reasonably often.

 

Nah.
I, for one, enjoy being able to go on a scarcely populated server and just be able to relax without having to worry about getting ambushed by a team of 8 when there aren't even 8 people on the server.

 

Then join a server with a decent amount of people, like 1 or 2. They typically have 30-70 players online at all times, while others have less, usually.

 

I like it to stack up and fight later when the server is full.
I'm also going to decrease activity, but it will go slowly.

 

WarZ Is not dead, nor dying anytime soon. At Peak Times ( Usually UK Night Times ) Each server is maybe, 20 people from Full and everyone is fighting rapidly on each server, and the best team wins usually the hackers, but anyhow WarZ Is still bringing in a lot of donations, and a lot of the old players that used to play are slowly coming back into it, after practice servers was a 'big' thing. So IMO, If anything WarZ is still rapidly growing.

Mc-WarZ is not going to be dead anytime soon. Usually server 1 always has the most players on it.
Theres also the different time zones and people may also have different things to do.
I know there used to be almost 60 players on each Mc-WarZ server but as I said Mc-WarZ will not die and I really don't want it to.

 

What timezone do you live in?
When I look at the proxy server for warz, it always has 250-300 players in my timezone of 5:00-7:00.
Then around 7:00, people in other timezones start going to sleep :V
ETC.

 

How long have you, Peas and Urko, been around? The servers used to ALWAYS have at least 30 people, and most would max out (all at the same time) throughout the day...

 

WarZ is not dying player count wise, it's dying because it's sick and corrupted.
WarZ has a way of taking the best individuals and twisting them and sending them down a bad route, seriously, I know quite a few members here who have been corrupted because of it.
The fact remains that WarZ has become what I can only describe as a mess of DDoS and hacks, I've made threads regarding this, however the packets and punks still flood the servers.

 

I've been around since basically the new map.

 

I do not believe that the servers are dying, if anything they have more people than when I was followhenis. Maybe, it's your timezone?

 

It is gonna take a lot of people to leave to kill WarZ. Server 1 is main, where a lot of the mods and players go.

 

What? The player count has not increased. I remember in April I just wanting to get a donor rank so I could log into the server because they were always full.

 

As others said it's a bit difficult to be on a lot, with timezones, school and other stuff. Warz is a great server and I think we have enough people.

 

I enjoy quiet, peaceful servers where you do not get killed overtime. I can gather loot on any server, it just simply depends on the mercy of the players and their brain. From my perspective, it is not fun if you get attacked right off the start. Just nu.
