    I am very confused as to what scavenger does. Does it give you back 1/4 of your TOTAL AMMO? (i.e if i start out with 100 bullets and i use 20 bullets to kill 1 person, it gives me back 25 bullets?) Or does it give you 1/4 of the ammo of whats left? (I.e i start out with 100 bullets and i use 20 bullets to kill 1 person, it gives me back 20 bullets?) Please let me know.

    I'm still not sure exactly how it works, but if you use like 4 bullets to kill someone it will give you back 1 bullet.

    It gives you back 1/4 your original amount of ammo for each gun you are using when you get a kill. In my opinion it's also the most useful perk.
