    I was playing on meltdown ctf a few minutes ago, when a moddel1887 1 hit kills me from around 10-15 blocks away. the funny thing is I was in superarmor... I think we have all known for a while that moddel1887 is OP, (Its like a sniper shotgun) but this is kinda stupid...

    I don't think the moddel1887 can 1 hit kill you from that distance with superarmor. You were probably missing health...

    15 blocks is a bit over exaggerated I think + you were using super armor so the ender boss you were probably lagging

    I've gotten moddel kills from 40 blocks :V
    of course they were obviously missing health
    But the range is still way op

    Maybe you exaggerated a little bit regarding the details, but I wholeheartedly agree with your point; the model IS too powerful, and I don't think a buffed "kick" or something will balance it, only The Great Nerf of Power.

    It all depends on the scatter. Sometimes, all of the bullets will manage to hit their target, like in your case. However, keep in mind that this does not happen very often. In fact, modern IRL tactical shotguns have effective ranges around 40-50 meters, so they can actually kill you from quite a distance. Besides, the Model has alot of drawbacks that counter its damage.

    The other player could've also been using Stopping Power with the model.

    Sometimes moddel takes forever to kill...
    I shoot a guy with 3 moddel blasts and 4 python bullets (he had no armor) and he survived. :stuck_out_tongue:

    Me neither :3

    If the shots were spread out, then he would have regened. But if ther were right after eachother, he would have died. Theres no way to survive that.
