    Question: Are VISA Electron/ISIC cards allowed to be used for payment? Sincerely, I have enough, but 2 more years and then I am allowed to make a credit card in my country. Please, be kind and answer honestly.

    Yes, they are.
    You can do this by completing the transaction as usual, but as you go to insert your PayPal account username & password, select this option:

    Once you have selected this option, you will be navigated to this:

    You can select which type of card you would like to use there, and insert the card details.
