About the staff requirements to be on servers.

    As you are all aware, as a staff member, you have to be active on the servers everyday. However some players like myself are only allowed to get on during the weekends unless its no schol/half day or we sneak on. I would like to apply for staff. However, I can only get on during friday-sunday. Would this not allow me to be a staff member? But I do go on the forums everyday for 2-3 hours. Could there possibly be a staff rank called helper? The helper would be a part time mod for those who can only get on weekends? What do you thnk of this situation?

    Ingame activity is probably the most important thing. Without being active every day, you are unlikely to get the position. Think about it: If you were mod, and could only play on the weekends, you wouldn't be doing your job most of the week. Sorry, but it looks like you are unlikely to get the position. For the "helper" idea, it is unnecessary, because what would they do? They don't have any commands like /kick or /ban, so their job would be pointless.

    It is indeed unfortunate for you to be able to play only on the weekends, but a "helper" would not really help in any case because the mods who do their jobs usually get on everyday and moderate the servers. This would be pointless and i think you would have to live without mod, like the other 500 players on war that currently play.

    Well, I might convince my parents to let me get on for 1 1/2 hrs during the week every other day if I want to be a mod. Im not sure. This is a downside from only being allowed to play on weekends.

    I don't think part time mods are really needed. If you have enough time on your hands, than you're more fit to be a mod than other people. Besides, the only server that I would think needs more mods are WarZ.

    Well lock this for at this point i know im not able to be mod and I dont want ro waste staffs time more. Sorry for wasting your tim.
