    Growth requires Patience,
Waiting brings the prettiest of things,
    A clock spins so fast,
    And never stops for anyone,
    Love moves fast,
    and too never waits,
A butterfly is never beautiful at first,
It first starts as a Caterpillar,
Then burrows themselves in a cocoon,
    Every moment it has,
The Caterpillar tries to spread its wings and fly,
It will try to fly and many times it will fail,
We must wait for it to escape its burrow on its own,
Cutting it free will lead to its own self destruction,
After enduring the pain the Caterpillar must receive,
It will grow and escape its prison,
It will soar in its beauty as a butterfly,
    Is love not the same?

This Poem is dedicated towards @Pikmin_Hunter , @Queen_Shine ,@mafiaferret , and others in love right now.

May I ask what poem strategies did you use? (I was brainwashed with poem terms by my English teacher)

You have never been in love have you? Also, I would try taking indirect meanings first. I literally made the poem as indirect as possible...

I'm not a big fan of teenage relationships. I had one, and let's say we "drifted" apart. I really didn't care.
    Lovesickness...*ugh*

    (great poem though)
