    I recently realised that only staff can reply to Mod applications. Why is this so?
    I'd like everyone to be able to contribute to them, and have the community judge it and give advice, and not just via the poll.

    Previously, we had a lot of issues with this.
    Members would comment, sometimes, very offensive / upsetting things towards applicants who perhaps, hadn't written the best application ever made, or, weren't overly active in TS for example.
