So since the mod apps were made so that only staff could reply, there has been next to no staff replying to the apps. There are only around 5 mods that consistently review the apps, and leave feedback.
Can we make it so that the staff actually reply more to the Mod Apps, this would allow the people that posted the apps to get more of an idea of what they might have to do better next time they apply.

It's not a requirement for mods to review other mod apps, it is the communities, and if they decide to. The admins go through all of the mod apps as well even though they don't leave much feedback.

I know this, and I am not saying that they have to. I am just asking for some more mods to look at the apps, and give feedback to the people that applied. Thanks for replying.

Not every mod likes to read applications, and not every mod leaves a comment. In fact most of the mods who see an application just leave a vote on the poll (Because everything has already been stated before by other mods). Plus, like Gigga said it is not a requirement for us to look at them, And really no inclination to do so.

The community is limited only to voting on a poll. The staff, on the other hand, is not limited in putting in our say. Being denied without receiving feedback on how to improve is the same as failing a test without making the effort to be taught or learn. Since the staff is not limited, it is our duty to evaluate their applications and give them constructive criticism.

I know this, as I stated before I was just wondering that if the mods had some spare time they could give the people that are aspiring to become like them, some good advice.
This is what I am trying to say, seeing as the community l=no longer can have such a big impact the mods need to fill that gap.

Unless another moderator has a unique point to add that has not already been formally mentioned in a previous comment to an application, there is no point another moderator just repeating that.
Personally, I don't have the time to comment on moderator applications, I am now very busy whenever I am doing McBrawl related work.

This, if it's a generic app and we have nothing new to add, we have no need to comment.
