Idea unfriend grace period-traitors cant hurt you immediately after de-friending

    Quite recently I teamed up with someone, friended, and he teleorted to me at the snow town, only for him to unfriend me and somehow two hit me with an aa12 when i have 3/4 armor iron, i diamond leggs. So in the end i lost around 3 hours woth of stuff, including all tier 4 weapons.

    Im proposing a grace period of around 30 seconds after someone defriends, so that they cannot hurt you immediately after defriending. This in my view, is a big problem which can be fixed easily.

    This could actually work out really well. It would serve really useful when someone is trying to betray you. 1+ from me!

    Yes please. I was in a team of three. We all raided nether and got all tier 4 guns and each of us was 1/2 d armor. The the leader and one other defriended us and killed me and the other person. What really made it so annoying was that we had been a team for 1 month. Im totaly in for it. It can finally give us a chance to kill the betrayer.

    I hate betrayers, never team up with other people. Members of the forums are most of the time trustable, so team up with them.

    The most trustworth forum member im teamed with is @gamemaster800. However, I did find a really trustworth team of 2. We have cordinated attacks on places. We cover eachothers backs and never let eachother down.

    If you find this issue is happening a lot for you, first thing you want to do is find some more trust-worthy people to team with.
    Nevertheless, I like the idea.

    This is a great idea, I think it does ruin a little bit of the team with people you can Trust.
    But, still if it didn't ruin it I would like the idea.
    But still I will always wonder what happens after the 30 seconds...

    30 seconds seems a little too much. Maybe just 10 seconds so you could be prepped to battle?

    Thats why you have all guns, food bones and bandages and nades in your hot bar so you are imedietly ready.

    I like this idea, but I agree, 30 seconds is a bit much. I propose an alternative:

    You cannot kill someone who is friended with you, even if you aren't friended with them. This would stop one-sided battles when someone betrays you.

    5seconds should be fine. Then I can aim my barret at their head and pop them :smile:

    Think about that. Someone who is fleeing could simply friend you, and you wouldn't be able to kill them, no matter what.

    This is a great idea, but maybe 45 seconds for a time to get ready to right or get a head running start.

    Like this idea but I only team with people I really trust or know in real life so this would not benefit me. It will benefit many other people though!
