    Question: Is it possible to get accepted with a chunk of -1s, even though the person had voted -1 for him/her -self. I'm at this pinpoint with hard mode, and It would be around tie. I've seen few older apps being accepted like that. Does a poll matter as much as forums, in-game and teamspeak activity?

    The poll represents the communities opinion of you as a moderator. Most of the time, our admins will not know applicants very well, and perhaps do not see them so much themselves in game, therefore, the poll gives them a good idea of how you are perceived by the community.
    It goes without mention that activity on Forums / Servers / TeamSpeak, are vital to being a moderator.
    Also, remember, it is the Administrators opinion that counts, if they see an applicant as fit for the job, you will be accepted, even if we have to shape you a bit to get the final product what we want.
