Go to the setup wizard, click next until it comes up with an option for push-to-talk or Voice Activation. Then click next several times more and now when you talk, it should automatically turn the microphone on. Or if you have been put on forced push-to-talk then contact an admin (Bvo and Putty are on most of the time, you can find them in the admin+ channel) and they might take it off.

Mods can also take off force push to talk as well as assign it to players.

I am guessing as you are unsure, that you have been set on 'Force Push-to-talk' by a moderator or Admin.
This will be done when you are in breach of one of our TeamSpeak rules, maybe you were having a lot of background noise.
If you feel you have wrongly been set as this, or need to be taken off it, feel free to message me on the forums.
