Who misses when the admins used to play

I think... staffs are active maybe you can't see staff usually I saw staff everyday

 

If staff aren't active in-game, we'd be demoted.
Simple as that.

 

Generally, the moderators monitor the game and send reports to super mods, or to admins. The admins are busy with other stuff, like updates and such to fix bugs. While I did like playing with admins, they have a huge responsibility, whether it's to code for servers or to maintain them, so they likely don't have time to actually play.

 

Our staff are monitored very closely here at McBrawl, both on the forums and servers.
Each month, we release a Staff Grading for our moderators to view how they have performed this month.
If our moderators are not doing enough in terms of activity, they will be demoted.

About Admins. Our admins here are extremely busy people, the majority of the work that they do is back-end work, the likes of which, you will not see most of the time. The reason we have moderators is to play on the servers, when the Admins can not.

 

Moderators in a way are obliged to go online if they want to keep their job where has the admins come on on rare ocassions or important events such as when the Pvp server opened or when the newest maps of mc-war came out.

Please understand that the staff are busy people trying to keep the server going.

 

Staff don't really have the time to play because usually they're so busy either moderating, dealing with reports, bug fixing, etc. It's really difficult for them to multitask like that because there's so much to do, they're not so flexible to playing and doing everything else at the same time.

 

If you are talking about mods then it's probably just the timezones that makes you unable to play with them v:

Administrators are very busy as everyone else has pointed out above, I however have almost every admin in my friend head in the hub.
They'd aren't on too much, but the reason why is all above.
When they are on, they'd are commonly in a group.
