    Everyone starts off with the default amount of 1200 Elo.
    You can win and lose Elo points in KitBrawl by fighting in /1v1, /2v2, /3v3, /challenge etc.

    You get 15 times the difference divided by 1000 between your you and your opponents Elo.
    AKA: 15 * (difference / 1000)
