MCBrawl - Server Status

Hey folks,

I am Phinary, one of the developers here at MCBrawl. I understand that a lot of you are confused right now, so I wanted to clear some things up and help you guys understand exactly what is going on right now. As you know, we started transferring server hosts a few days ago and there hasn't been many updates since then. We are still working very hard to get everything running so please be patient with us.

We are working right now on changing and updating a lot of our backend to ensure a better experience for all players. Unfortunately things have not been going as smoothly as we expected, but we want to get it done right.

Some of the servers are online right now. We started putting up servers on our old system so that you guys can have a chance to play the wonderful games we have while you wait. We are working on each server individually right now, so it may take a bit of time for your favorite server to be online. Take this chance to try out something new if you haven't already, you might enjoy it! I can't stress enough though, there may be bugs with the servers how they are now. If you do find a bug, you are welcome to report it, although once our new backend is ready the bugs should quickly go away.

We apologize for the downtime, but I can promise you that we are working hard at getting everything sorted out and running smoothly. I have just confirmed with @chickenputty that you guys will indeed be compensated for lost time on any donator ranks you may have had.

We're running into some complications with War, we should have these figured out by tomorrow. WarZ and Survival have been setup today and are completely bug free. We are currently not anticipating on getting Team-HG online until we can release a proper update for it, no plans for that at all right now.

• Fixed McParty's bugs. All gamemodes are currently free to play.
• All WarZ ranks where extended 7 days, if you think you should have MVP/VIP please post in Lost Donations.
• MC-War is fully up. (Investigating the "lag")
• Forums /register is fixed on the hub (It'll be on the rest of the servers after they reboot)
• Forum player counter is now updating.

We're aware of the lag, it's due to the amount of people we are trying to proxy through one server box. We're purchasing a new server box and working on setting it up with another proxy to balance the load.

We have setup the second proxy server box. You should see huge change in the network's performance (for the better).
This lag isn't due to the new host being "crappy" or whatever, it's due to backend changes regarding our new setup. Sorry to upset anyone with the downtime, we're just as unhappy as you are.
