    Question: Why are we warned 10 times first then banned?

    I honestly think it should be

    Player - 10 warns, temp ban , 1 final warn, ban
    Moderator - 10 warns, demotion, 1 final warning, ban

    You are only banned for 1 day after 10 warnings, you are not permanently banned after 10 warning points.
    Remember : Some warnings may contain more than one warning points, so at times you could be temp banned from 4 warnings, three of them containing 3 warning points, and 1 of them containing 1.
