    So, i was casually playing WarZ, then once i get to my echest, POOF. Everything is gone. I asked in chat what was going on and someone said that happens every restart. is that true? I just want to know because i had 2 sets of d in there and 6 barrets.

    It may have been lost in the update, or a lag. Honestly, I have no idea what it is until you show a picture.

    Please show a picture instead of describing what you lost.

    No, enderchests do not reset.
    You don't have any proof of having these items, so who knows? You could making this up. You will not receive your items back.

    Be aware that there is 10 WarZ servers - and your enderchest is different on each of the servers.
    This may have been why it appeared that there was nothing in your enderchest.
    (Read previous comments for everything else there is to know.)
