    Question:My friend was banned twice in 1 ban do i buy the 1 time ban since he never bought an unban yet

    You can't really be banned 'twice'. One ban will overwrite the other, leaving one ban.
    You can use this link to view bans:
    And yes, you will only need to buy one unban.
