McWar based off of CoD

    Question: Is McWar supposed to as much like CoD as it can? Or can it deviate to other games/ideas. I noticed there a lot of maps not from Call of Duty (Like Toy_Story, Valhalla, Beaver, etc.), but will there be new maps not from CoD? And does the same go with guns/gametypes/perks/killstreaks? I want to know because if the answer is yes, a lot of the ideas in the suggestions and ideas section are being wasted, and that would be sad. Pretty much I want to know how flexible the server is.

    The vast majority of the MC-War server is based off the Call of Duty game(s).
    You will have probably already realised that most of the maps are Call of Duty based.
    However, we do have some maps that are based on other games. Maps based on Call of Duty are much easier to get accepted than a map not based on Call of Duty, we will only accept exceptional, none call of duty, map submissions.
    As for guns etc. they will remain mainly Call of Duty based.
