    We can all agree that scavenger is very op, and the thing that makes it balanced in the cod games is the fact that they drop bags that you need to pick up. So my idea is that once you kill someone they will drop a item textured like a blue bag, and when you pick it up you get your ammo, instead of just getting it for killing them. The bags will only be seen by the ones using the scavenger perk, and you won't be able to pick up eachothers bags. And now to the buff of the perk, every 5 kills it would refill 1 tactical (If it refilled your lethal it would be incredibly op) This affects both donated tacticals, and the ones bought from /war buy.
    This would change MANY things in war and turn it into less of a pay2win server. For example you would not be able to cbow spam anymore, you would not be able to spawncamp etc.
    And another idea i had was that for the non donors, if you kill a enemy with exactly the same gun as you they would drop a scavenger bag (You would not get the tactical refill buff from this.)
    Now to the next perk fully loaded. Simple, you would get more ammo from the start :v You would get 2x your starting ammo, and MVP would NOT multiply the ammo even more, it would give you 3x ammo to start.
    It would cost 5 dollars.
    And now to my next perk idea. Tactical mask: You would be completely immune to flashbangs, and smoke bombs when they get implemented. This would also cost 5 dollars.
    And now to my last perk idea, but not the least: Fireman. This perk does not exist in cod, it was just something i made up :v It would reduce the damage taken from flamethrower and molotovs by 2x This would also cost 5 dollars.

    The scavenger idea is possible, I've seen a server using a plugin that only let's you pick up certain objects like if you kill a zombie only you can get the rotten flesh.
    I would say every 7 kills, 5 is too short :/ imagine how many C4's you can get in infect...
    The 2 perks your proposing are pointless, they won't serve a good use on the battlefield.

    I said that it would only work on tacticals, and that's just what makes my last perks useful!

    P2W peeps as in everyone who donates? :confused:

    But the fireman kit would only be useful for people who use the flamethrower a lot.

    But what happens if you have scav and someone who doesn't decides to steal it? Or what if another scav user decides to steal the ammo bag on the ground?

    The ones withour scav can't take it, and IF this gets implemented we can make some kind of a vote if you should be able to take your teammates ammo bags v:

    Hmm, well I would vote that your teammates can't pick up your ammo bag because than people could use this to their advantage to troll others.

    Nope.
    The scavenger idea is honestly complete trash.
    People would run out of ammo all the time as nobody would want to go forward to get the enemy scav packs.

    Everyone would use shotguns
    Scav would be useless
    Skully becomes trash
    Iso and moddel rule the server, with everyone getting osk'd every 10 seconds.
    No one needs tactical that much, but they can be useful.

    Scavenger wouldn't be useless this way, it would just be harder to use. However, it would be a nightmare on larger maps. That's the main problem.

    Weapons need ammo balancing to balance your ideas. Zap makes several good points. The Isolator and Model already have so much ammo, wouldn't it be overkill to have 3x that?

    I don't think that anyone would use that perk using those guns v: It's more meant for guns such as famas and msr for medium range fights.

    When you use a flamethrower
    You kill yourself.
    When it had fireballs you could actually kill people before you die. Now you die all the time because of its low ammo, low range, low damage, and it kills you.

    I'm sorry Gynamo, I have to avidly disagree... I only got scav recently, and I strongly dislike this idea of having to pick up bags. I often use dissa, and having to run across the map to pick up ammo, is honestly one of the worst ideas I had ever heard. It would make scav almost worthless IMHO. I camp a lot (call me whatever you want, it's a legitimate strategy, especially in infect) and I don't want to have to leave my spot during an infected game when I'm the only person alive, to grab ammo. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH how much this would make infected FUBAR... It would ruin camping and make the infected win 100% of the time... Peope would suicide just to get extra kills... Zombies would just need to draw fire for 2 minutes then kill the ammo-less idiots.
    DO NOT KILL SCAV PLEASE!


    Problem with that is that, full auto guns waste ammo like nobody's business. short range is the only thing I can see this for, and the only shotgun that needs scav is typhoid, or Moddel if you're gonna go like 135-0 but you really can't do that easily.
    The main guns that need scav are these (IMO):
    MINIGUN! fairly close range, but I mostly use it in infect, and I don't want to run around to pick up ammo, what I do is i get some kills at the start with python to give minigun some ammo, then I camp. This would suck if i had to pick up ammo whilst camping or even before that.
    DISSASEMBLER! extremely long range gun... this gun without scav is ruined, honestly... picking up ammo for it would be the biggest pain imaginable.
    TYPHOID! short range, picking up ammo would be okay... but let's be honest... nobody uses this gone on an every match basis...
    SKULLY/LEMANTATION! I love these guns... I use them as fairly long range... It would suck badly if I had to go pick up bags to reload these guns, which anyone who has them can tell you, run out of ammo in literally 3 seconds... These without ammo renders them useless as well...
    EVERY GUN 31-! these guns are here because it takes like 400 bullets to kill someone... you know what i mean...

    Also, you said that this was mainly for small maps... Let's face it... Most maps are larger than this would be feasible on... Also, running around to pick up ammo, puts you needlessly at risk of getting luckily headshotted by some level 2 with a l118a... Scav is the main perk on mc-war, and my personal favorite (the only one i have LOL)...
    If you ruin scav, it'll be just another nail in mc-war's coffin at this stage...
    Don't kill mc-war, keep the scavenger...

    I use my flashbangs all the time, I would love to see scavenger refilling tactical a, though I think it should fill 1 tactical every 2-3 kills.
