My clan that I name "WCHOCO" is now called null.

    I NEED HELP. I DO NOT WANT TO WASTE CREDITS ON A NEW CLAN NAME AND AM VERY MAD THAT IT HAS CHANGED THE NAME TO NULL. I ask has this happened to anyone else, if so how do I fix it.

    This "null" glitch has been around forever, unfortunatley. It does this to every clan.
    Just rename your clan once. That'll fix your problem!

    PS when I use /clan info it says the clan does not exist.

    You can't have a 6 character clan name anyway -_-

    Hey there member!
    Unfortunately, the clan system only allows for 4 characters for your clan name, which might explain it not functioning correctly. You can use 4 letters, numbers, or combination of both to name your clan; I'd give you suggestions to rename it something like "CHOC". The null glitch is a well known bug in the clan system, and the only way to solve it is by renaming your clan to what you intended to do.

    Or rename it to CHCO.

    If your clan is "null", then rename it using this command ( /clan rename <name>) that should fix your problem.

    You have to rename your clan name for it to work. Besides the name you have chosen for it is too long so shorten it up.

    This is a known bug and the admins are already aware of it, it will hopefully be fixed soon.
    You can fix it by renaming your clan with /clan rename [name] (costs 750 Credits).
