What do 'Trial' moderators mean?

    These are Moderator Applicants who have, as you said, reached the 'next step' of the application process.
    They will endure a period of time as a 'Trial' Moderator (Despite having identical permissions to moderators), during this time they will be under close observation by the likes of Putty, 8vo, myself and Chris.

    If they do well during their trial, they will keep the moderator rank, and their application will be changed to accepted.
    However, if we see they are not performing as we initially expected during the trial, they shall lose the rank.
