    • i was wondering if you could improve entity render distance or if its only a client side feture such as the mc-war client (if it was bukkit u could change it in the Bukkit.yml change the setting below to what you would like it to be. It is measured in blocks.)

    The tracking range is a server side feature that we have lowered to improve client side performance I believe.

    Personally, I would like to see the distance increased because it gets quite annoying how I can no longer see a player after 20 - 30 blocks, and then you just see random blind fire and the next thing you know you're dead.

    i dont think there is a need for client side preformance i mean i dont have problems correct me if there are alot of people that have probs with it

    While the range is lowered it makes the client lag less because you're not processing as many entities as you would be if the setting were at max.

    most of the time there are 30-20 ppl on a server unless ur on server 1 or 2 that shouldnt make u lag and it will even out all the servers if it does lag

    Yeah they should increase it. Snipers have to go really far forward to actually see anybody.

    The render distance was reset back to normal for a few days on the mc-war but then they set it back to the standard 20-30 blocks render distance.
