    Hi!

    My friend has been banned since some days ago. The reason states that he has a hacked client with no knock back but that's not true. I've even played using his computer and my account has no problem. We've been experiencing some serious lag though.

    What's next? how to we get him unbannned? Not going to buy an "unban" 'cause nothing wrong has been done.

    He can make a ban appeal in the correct section, until then he will remain banned.

    Thanks for the answer. What's the correct section? I've been searching for "ban appeal" on the forums and could not figure out where's the right place to post it. A link would be appreciated!
