Question about ranks

I believe it stands for Command Sargent Major.
I just googled it, so I am not 100% sure.

 

CSM stands for "Chief Sargeant Major".

 

There used to be a billboard saying the meaning of each rank and the level in the good old days in the old spawn sadly they didn't put it back.
