Moderators Teaming

Mods aren't supposed to be on a server where another mod is, but mods are allowed to play together. They have no advantage over anyone else.

 

Mods can team with fellow mods, it's not against the "Moderator Rules", unless Putty or an SMod says so.

 

Usually, mods are usually friends with each other and may play with one another, dependent on how close they are. At the same time, we are usually in the same TeamSpeak with each other. Due to this, we tend to get on together numerous times.
Even as a moderator, we are still quite similar to a normal player. There is only the commands, name color, and MVP that holds a difference between another player.

 

Us mods are allowed to play with each other from time to time, but there is normally a maximum of two a server.

 

I'm mainly a solo mod, we are as rainywolvess said nearly always on TeamSpeak and quite similar to normal players. Mods teaming is not a rule, but I always go on the largest server to moderate. Other mods prefer a smaller amount of people playing.
I have been in a server where there were 3 other moderators on that server, counting a 4 man moderator team. I hardly find any other moderators because of the timezone differences.

 

There is nothing against the rules about moderators teaming. They have no advantage over other at all.

 

We tend to try to enforce the old "Two mods one server" rule, so there is never more than one mod on a server at once.
However, as a lot of the staff team are friends, it is difficult to deny them the right to play with their friends. (As much i'd like to deny them their rights and turn them into simply moderating robots)
Remember that moderators are just players when it comes to PVP, in fact, one thing you can be assured with when fighting against moderators is that they will not be hacking, so you should not fear them, attack them all day long!

Moderators can team, since they are mostly all friends. They are just players, like everyone else, but they have to keep the server hacker/advertising/glitching clean free.

On other servers, like PvP they team a lot, but they rarely have time to play the PvP game much.
But yeah, as Peas said, they most definitely will not be hacking, so take a chance and fight.
