    Ray is getting nerfed, buy Minigun and the Scavenger perk. Both Minigun and Raygun is useless without Scavenger.

    I would say scavenger, but if you have a lot of money then buy mini too. At a high enough level you unlock p90 that's the almost as good as the mini.
