Smg change suggestion

    Right now, smg's are like low accurate high firerate assualt rifles. My suggestion is to have a damage drop off the longer the range is. That's what makes them highly efficient in short range maps in the actual cod and ineffective on long range maps.
    Here is a example:
    Randosmg currently does 5 hearts.
    With this system randomsmg would do 5 hearts in short ranges 1-15 blocks, 3 in medium 15-30 and 1 in long 30-infinite. This would need tweaking though.

    No, that thread does not mention anything about damage dropoff at ranges.
    As for this idea I really don't like it, the accuracy at medium to long range is pretty bad anyway.
