Lack of staff question mark?

Many of these people don't get mod because of maturity and trustworthiness. Pfor will never get mod because his name shows his immaturity. If these people got a forum account and applied when they had 300-400 posts, that might get accepted.

 

The max amount of unbans a player can get is around 2-3, after that they're unable to get anymore. If they do have an alt, and are proven to be an alt of a perma-banned player they are IP banned.

 

What "some power" are you talking about? The only people who have the legitimate power to ban someone on the spot if they are hacking are SMods. Us mods, go through the same process as you guys go through when we record a player hacking.

 

Lack of staff is a problem, but like Mario said they go through the same process we do. Staff on more would help though. Most hackers don't hack when fighting mods. Also the people you recommended for mod have either been banned for hacks before or ddosed. Also very inactive on the forums.

 

Well if they want to apply for mod, then they should apply.
We could use some staff, because I myself am kind of scared who I get into a fight with.

 

When I used to be mods, I knew some players were hacking but I had no "good" proofs. And when I would join servers and some of these hackers were on, they would disconnect onto another server... It's actually hard to catch hackers as a moderator with proofs of a moderator.

 

Not the point the point he's trying to make is if mods were more active hackers would be forced to switch servers but if there were more mods and more active mods hackers would be stuck on a few servers and most likey quit hacking rather be on all servers with no staff and hack all day

 

I'll have to admit that staff needs to have a more efficient way of working. I do fully understand that WarZ mods are working hardcore, but there is still the hacker problem....

Anyway, I don't think more staff would fix WarZ at all.. More players recording would, in my opinion. Rule breakers would either run out of money for unbans/alt accounts or just get bored of getting caught so much..

 

Due to the horrible community that WarZ has, 99% of the people there have no chance of becoming a mod. Most of the players are rude, arrogant and have no staffing qualities; and many of them have been banned before. This is one of the reasons why there has been a huge decrease in the amount of WarZ staff.

 

Ontopic: 99%?! That is ridiculous, it is very tough to be a WarZ mod you need evidence of why you temp-ban and such. As Mrcowlick said most players are rude and immature. There might be only one worthy application for WarZ. xgen42 doesn't hack, he is rude. Staff considering there are only 4 for 10 servers are hard to come by.

Off topic: xgen42 called me bad for not killing a guy with full iron with a wood sword, when he is the one with the AK-47. Atleast I managed to let the guy bleed to death after xD.

I really cannot stress enough how important it is for everyone to pitch in and help out the mods by reporting hackers and rule breakers. We currently have 3 WarZ mod apps in consideration and there should be more staff soon.

 

I've tried convincing pikmin hunter of becoming a warz mod again but he just won't do it, he's afraid of getting ddosed.

 

That is his choice. I wouldn't want to become a WarZ mod again if the same happened to me, and I am sure that Putty will find someone that is a good replacement for him.

 

Tyranno told him that he would provide him with protection if he would become a moderator again but not even that will make pikmin hunter budge over his decision.

 

It's understandable, and I would probably not want to run the risk even if I was provided with safety.
