Gillie suits will be chain armor but in the texture pack they should be textured Green (like a gillie suit).
I know that green colored chain armor does **** for protection, so make it when you hold shift and do not move out of the block you are standing on you turn invisible except for the item you are holding. This would be a good idea for camoflauge on the server.

This would be so OP... Imagine someone just sitting in enderchest, and the moment someone else opens echest, they get a barret to the face... That would be so OP...

That would be extremely OP, especially with this type of game. A lot would have to be done to even it out.
It's rarity would have to be pretty extreme. Low durability as well?

Someone could sit there with a barret anywhere at nether and simply snipe people out. Plus, this would cause many people to start screaming "invisible hacker." Way to OP for WarZ.

This would be really OP because you could use a friend as a decoy and just destroy huge teams of full diamonds by shifting and when your friend leads them near going up behind them. Also, I think compasses can detect invisible people so that wouldn't make it seem so much like camouflage.

It would be hard to find a invisible player even if you had a compass.

Maybe the suit could just make you invisible from compasses if you're not moving/crouched?

No, -1 automatically, to OP and that is NOT the kind of "creativity" I think we need to see in the warz community.
