    Stoppingpower dont work.
    example: i cant 1 shot in all body with dissa which would do 21 damage with stoppingpower.

    We teste juggernaut and it does not work.
    And i think flakjacket is too strong i only got 2 hearts dmg from one c4 (i was a root zombie).

    Isn't flat jacket broken. Also that's probably because zombies don't get as much damage from c4.

    Stopping Power only adds one more heart of dmg. I'm pretty sure Dissa doesn't do 9 hearts of dmg in one shot like L118a and Barret. Pretty sure it's not supposed to OSK to the body even with Stopping Power.

    Root zombie already gets reduced damage from explosives, flakjacket just stacks ontop of that.
