    I have recently noticed a bug with gun game, it seems that sometimes even though i kill someone, it does not level me up, hope this helped.

    At the start of the round for the first couple seconds, kills might be counted. If you mean this by level ups, that goes by xp.

    In gun-game and FFA, I have noticed that kills start to count at 371 seconds.
