    Well your house is quite detailed and it looks good. But I don't know if you need a bigger plot at the moment because you seem to just have started and haven't built so much yet. I go +/- 0 until you have showed me one more house. :wink:

    You don't need this rank if all you need is the larger plot which you already have -1

    (It may be a smaller plot, the screenshot makes it hard to tell. If it's a smaller one I still think -1)

    Even though AdvBuilder is relaxed and that house looks pretty detailed, I'm going to have to say no. Reason is because AdvBuilder is a rank that's only given to players that need to build on a larger scale. Judging by that screenshot, you can still fit a lot more into your plot. Please apply again when you actually need the rank or have made a lot more progress on your plot.
