    The application format that must be followed:

    Do you have a way to communicate(team speak or skype)?

    Rank Powers:
    Leader= promote/kick/demote/accept
    Co Leader= everything above except demote admins and above.
    Head Admin= kick members/ accept/ promote to members to mod.
    Admins= can kick members or demote mods only with proof.
    Mods= kick members but need proof.
    Member= nothing

    Hacking, Ddos threats, betraying will get you kicked or demoted.
