    Question:
    When I make a texture and go to drag it, I follow every tutorial, it says that it is being used by another process and won't let me use it. I follow every tutorial, and have looked it up, and it seems to be a known bug, if chickenputty replies can you tell me if you had this issue with the puttylicious packs?

    If you are trying to edit texture pack make sure you close your Minecraft fully before doing so.

    You could unzip the archive and edit it without rebooting your Minecraft. You just need to reapply the texture to see the changes.
