Auto Ban/Warning Gravediggers

    I've seen many people gravedig threads that are over 1 month old lately, some are up to a year.... add a feature where if someone gravedigs once they get a warning two another warning and 3 a temp ban. From then on they should learn..... gravedigging is really annoying and it brings up topics from the old days back to the top of discussion.

    We can't just 'Add a feature', we'd have to find (and most likely pay) for someone to make us an add-on to make this work - Also, just report the post and I imagine Signatured will deal with it soon enough.

    The thing is, "gravedigging" does not automatically happen to any thread. There are certain circumstances where posting on old threads is allowed.

    Than maybe the smods can give a manual warning on a thread that isn't allowed to be gravedug?

    There is a list on the staff forums of what counts as a gravedig or not.
    Just rate the post late and report it and a SMod will take care of the thread.

    The problem with this is sometimes new players arnt aware they are gravedigging or even what it is. I would propose that if you are posting on a thread that is over one month old it would display a message before you post saying. (This post is over one month to reply is gravedigging which is against the rules of this forums)
