    Blake this is a bukkit bug that is been broken sense 2.0 of minecraft. My name is spelled wrong so I can't do anything on economy servers. This is a bug that belongs in minecraft bukkit forums errors and bugs. Also your skin just means minecraft skinbases are down or you have bad connection with it. Both are unfixable. Hoped this helped.
